The COVID vaccine is coming to even more communities in Hastings

More COVID vaccine pop-up clinics are coming to Hastings in June and July to help people get their jabs that bit closer to home. A number of similar clinics were previously offered in May at central locations, and these proved popular with local people.

People over the age of 30, those who have a serious long-term health issue, and unpaid carers are all currently eligible to receive the vaccine.

These community sessions are for first vaccinations only and you do not have to book an appointment, just turn up during the times below.

If you have already had your first jab at another service elsewhere please wait for them to let you know your second appointment time and go back to them for your second jab.

The clinics are taking place on:

  • Wednesday 16 June 12pm-4pm

Broomgrove Community Centre, 85 Chiltern Drive, Hastings TN34 3PY

  • Saturday 26 June 10.30am-3.30pm

Warrior Square Surgery, Marlborough House, Warrior Square, St Leonards-on-Sea TN37 6BG

  • Saturday 3 July 10.30am-3.30pm

St Leonards Medical Centre, 126 Bexhill Road, St Leonards-on-Sea TN38 8BL

Who can get a vaccine?

People over the age of 30 or who will turn 30 before 1 July 2021, those who have a serious long-term health issue, and unpaid carers.

Do I have to book an appointment?

No, you can just turn up to the sessions during the times shown above.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just bring one form of ID (photo ID not required) and your NHS number, if you know it. You should also wear a face covering. Please dress for the weather and bring a drink of water in case you have to queue for a short time.

I already have an appointment booked at the Hastings Centre, do I need to change?

No, if you already have an appointment booked at the Hastings Centre please go there. These sessions are in addition to the Hastings Centre service, which will continue to provide vaccination services to the people of Hastings.

We look forward to welcoming you.
