There are three main ways to get your vaccine:
If you call 119, you can speak to a translator if you need to.
If you have difficulties communicating or hearing, or are a British Sign Language (BSL) user, you can use textphone 18001 119 or the NHS 119 BSL interpreter service.
There are specific sites offering the AstraZeneca and Moderna vaccines for those who clinically require this vaccine type.
To make sure you can be directed to a service with the right vaccine type, or arrangements are made to move the vaccine where possible to a service near you, if you need an AstraZeneca or Moderna vaccine please contact our Vaccine Enquiries Team.
